The Devil's Daughter

If the prophecy rings true,
It speaks of a half-blood, his partner too.
Together, they'll reign far and wide,
Below and beyond, in joyous stride.
As Father and Daughter unite as one.

She's the Devil's dear child,
Born of human mother, gentle and mild,
Loves everything fair and true,
But her inner darkness shines through.

She struggles to accept her fate,
Unable to fit with the human race,
Still, she knows her mission is great,
To destroy, as her father dictates.

The Devil aims to conquer the earth,
And his daughter's the key to its rebirth,
For Hell wasn't his dwelling, but his prison
His escape hinges on her season, her reason.

Yet Rachel, young and questioning,
Wonders endlessly about her true meaning,
Is she destined to bring about destruction,
Or is it simply her father's production?
