Life's Classroom
Thanks to my chemistry teacher's wisdom, I see,
In life's grand design, a truth that's key,
Our bonds, unlike elements, don't bind with decree,
As humans, we're free, in relationships, to be.
Thanks to my Physical Ed teacher's kind word,
I'll carry this wisdom in life's journey, undisturbed.
That we needn't constantly give "attention" to life's show,
Sometimes, we can "stand at ease," and simply let things flow.
Thanks to my accounts mentor, I clearly see,
Just like a balance sheet, sometimes things won't agree,
In those moments, we can simply let it be,
Life's flow will sort it out, naturally and free.
Thanks to my English educator, this wisdom I've won,
In life, like sentences, we need a pause, a short one,
Just as a comma breaks the flow, so fun,
Pauses in life help us breathe, get things done.
Thanks to my math teacher, a truth I've known,
In problems we face, lies the solution, every one,
If we look closely, when the day is done,
We'll find the answers, like the morning sun.
Thanks to my teacher of Bio, I've come to know,
Our body's with us till the end, this I'll bestow,
Both in mind & physique, it's our duty to show,
Care and respect, as through life we go.
Thanks to my teacher of Geo, words so wise,
I'm just a tiny piece beneath these endless skies,
No need to let life's burdens rise,
I'm a small part here, in humble size.
Thanks to my history guide, whose wisdom I hold dear,
The past, when revisited, doesn't magically reappear,
Sometimes, we must let old tales disappear,
And move forward, without a tear.
