Doomsday

Coleen Phiri 2011 (Blantyre)

Moral is low
And we're snail slow
Men dropping like flies
There on the ground, there bodies lie
Guns heavy on our backs
While we try to stay on track
AHH! We're under attack!
Captain has been shot off horseback
Oh such great sorrow
Im afraid most won't see tomorrow
OW! I've been shot in the arm
At least it didnt do too much harm
I need to run
But when you're injured its not very fun
AHHHH! I'VE BEEN SHOT IN THE HEART!
At least I can die knowing I did my part
People die in such a cruel way
And thats why we call it doomsday
