Gehenna
7,000,000,000 leaves networked the tree
They bore witness to the abomination
Human skin, torn open by terrible instruments of Death
Pray that I never forget the pain
Like black ice ground against salted flesh
I bore witness to the metamorphosis
Devil flesh, birthed out into a world of War
Pray that I never forgive his grace
Layers unto layers, the affliction makes itself known
She bore witness to the evolution
Animal bone, breaking upon a land of Pestilence
Pray that I never forsake my kindred
Polarity shifts to reveal the beasts of night
He bore witness to the betrayal
Undead blood, sent into torpor from Famine
Pray that I never forgo my humanity
And betwixt the apocalypse I find myself
We shall bear witness to revelation
God's grace, showing us the sacred design of Heaven
Pray that we may yet be given mercy
For our souls are bound to the fires of Gehenna
