Grandma and Grandpa
Grandma and Grandpa
The whisper wasn’t loud
Loud we’re the tears she shed from crying mercy
Of course she was put to rest
But the pain remained like a bone cracked opened
Yes she was the best
Someone I cant say deserved to be
Heart broken
And in times like this when sorrow hits
It’s best to not think of her as miss open
She was honest
She was kind
She was young
And she was fine
Pretty lady, dressed in gold
Purple shoes
And fancy pearls
Always speaking out the truth
God stood with her
Yes she knew
Not to say she was a saint
But she was indeed a blessing
Someone sent to make me laugh
Keep me company
Until i passed
Still today I pray in hopes
That one day……she’ll come back home
But for now I’ll remain calm
Cause i just realized
she’s already gone
