Free verse
No stress in life
No mess to clean up   
Not even to sacrifice
The bottomless cup

Never full and never empty of its contents
But a whisper in the dark
Echoing off the wallsLike waterfalls crashing upon the sandy shore
Reverberating deafness of great silence
Not violence, or war to make
No stress in life
No mess to clean up
Not even to sacrifice
The body and soul
God in All beauty, truth
What of simple youth?
I remember mine
Do you?
