Mother

Latin X 1967 (Philadelphia)

Mother I see your struggling on your own but  You’re not alone.

I Have seen your plight.  At the end of the tunnel there is light. I am the light He said. I have been with you when The struggle has been at it’s worst.  You never doubted Me. you never asked Me why.

You prayed to Me and I held you as you cried.  Remember the night your cupboards were empty. That was the night you found a wallet full of blessings.

I laid it upon your doorstep to ease your worries.  You thought of Me. You prayed to Me.  You always put Me first.

You thanked me when you’re hands were empty. Therefore my child I’ll give you many blessings.

This poem has been lived by many. This teaches us to put God first or you’ll block your blessings.
