Even When It Hurts

I love you even when it hurts, through all the lies and façade, even at your worst, in my mind, I still see your  face,
I long to be in your arms where I am supposed to be, in a perfect world which should be the case, you have been the biggest part of me,  in my feelings, I hesitate ,
You are hiding behind a mask, and when it slips, I can see the real you, without having to ask, you should tell your truth,
We are two souls connected in mystic bliss, I have longed to again know your kiss,
You hurt me when the trust is broken in a symphony of tears, slandering what was meant to be for years,
Tying my heart strings all in knots, while playing games at naught,
Questions in my head should not be , while hoping another lover has not been in your bed, I close my eyes in shame, praying to not have shattered dreams.
