Fishing
Our endeavor is like fishing
Our demeanor like pitching
that help us sell ourselves
and what we have to offer
in life; to leave name
to create tame
the more fishes we catch
the more success we match
so we create way
and plan to make pay
by catching the best fish
turning on the best switch
fishing rod steady
the hook and worms ready
then a throw into the flow
of the world wide sea
waiting for a gamble
with no single preamble
of checking to see
where the fishes may be
they could be in the west
while you're south at your best
with a thousand throws
and a thousand hopes
that your worm be spotted
by a careless fish
that a kill be halted
by your sure good ditch
but no not so
cos the water is brackish
but no, no go
because the clear is darkish
if the river is unclear
don't fish or you might catch an eel
if the weather is unfair
don't stay or you might hook a krill
so also there has to be a plan
with an ability that can
you can be quick to spot
fruitless journeys and mission
you should be quick to see
the clearness of a vision
that's the way the cookies
got to crumble
that's the way the challenges
got to humble
when there is tact
with a plan; there are facts
to be at the place
the d*mn right space
where the fishes play
where the nets make hay
and the water is clear
and the weather is fair
and abundance will switch hands
and the drummers beat bands
at our best the fishes will love the nets
after paying dues all forms will be met
then we move queues on the line
every one's got time to sign
a sure time to shine
